Ram Lala Sarkar Jan Seva Foundation (“Foundation”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to transparency and accountability in all donations and transactions made through our website.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to donations and other payments made to the Foundation.

1. Donations

All donations made to Ram Lala Sarkar Jan Seva Foundation are voluntary contributions intended to support our charitable, religious, educational, and social welfare initiatives, including but not limited to:

  • Gurukul development
  • Medical college projects
  • Gaushala and animal welfare initiatives
  • Educational assistance
  • Social welfare programs

Donations once made are generally non-refundable.

2. Refund Requests

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate transaction due to technical error
  • Incorrect donation amount entered mistakenly
  • Unauthorized transaction reported within a reasonable time

To request a refund, you must:

  • Send a written request within 7 days of the transaction date
  • Provide transaction ID, payment proof, and contact details

3. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund request is approved:

  • The amount will be refunded through the original payment method.
  • Processing may take 7–14 working days, depending on the payment gateway and banking institution.
  • Any payment gateway charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refundable amount.

4. Cancellation Policy

Since donations are processed immediately upon submission:

  • Donations cannot be cancelled once processed.
  • Future recurring donations (if applicable) may be cancelled before the next billing cycle by contacting us via email.

5. Products or Merchandise (If Applicable)

If the Foundation offers any physical items or event registrations in the future:

  • Return or refund eligibility will be clearly stated on the specific product/event page.
  • Items must be returned unused and in original condition within 7 days of receipt (if applicable).

6. Fraudulent or Misuse Claims

If a donor believes that a transaction was unauthorized:

  • Immediate notification is required.
  • The Foundation may coordinate with the payment gateway and financial institutions for investigation.

The Foundation is not responsible for issues arising due to incorrect details entered by the donor.
